Get a Glimpse of the Experience of Soldiers at the City of Raleigh Museum

Be sure to experience the fascinating and thought-provoking exhibit now on display at the City of Raleigh Museum. America’s Wars explores the dynamic between local veterans’ personal experiences in war and the collective memory of the community to discover how America as a whole understand war.

America's Wars invites guests to look through the eyes of our nation’s Veterans, with personal stories, artifacts, mementos, and interviews with local Raleigh veterans. Get a better understanding for their view of popular culture and gain a new perspective on the presentation of war in modern videos, music and games. Focusing on the Vietnam War and the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the exhibit seeks to bring the community together by sharing these personal tales in a free and welcoming exhibit.

At Village at Broadstone Station Apartments in Apex, North Carolina, we believe it’s important to integrate yourself into the community, which is why we suggest attending this event. Meeting new people, having unfamiliar experiences, and joining neighborhood activities is the key to an exceptional lifestyle.
