Combine Yoga, Strength, and Cardio During This Free Fitness Class

Show up ready to sweat and move during this yoga, strength, and cardio combo workout. Join instructors from Lifetime Fitness and burn calories while enjoying the nature and beauty of Dorothea Dix Park. All levels of fitness are welcome!

The program will meet in the Big Field at Dorothea Dix Park. Please park in the Adams Building Lot in the "Visitor Parking" section (look for signs). Bring a yoga mat, if you have one, a towel, and a filled water bottle. Water is not available in the park. Although this is a free program, registration is strongly encouraged. In case of inclement weather, the organizer will email all registered participants.

In addition to Warrior Sculpt, yoga, Zumba, C9, and walking tours of the park will also be offered. Please go to and search for "Dorothea Dix" to find a listing of all the activities at the park.

Even though Village at Broadstone Station Apartments in Apex, North Carolina provides you with all of the comfort, convenience, and entertainment you could possibly desire, we encourage our residents to venture outside of our apartment community and explore all that the city has to offer!
